IMPORTANT – Point One: This platform sells products from independent and freelance vendors. Any dispute will be refers to the vendor to deal with. The vendor agreed to apply by the rules as laid down for buyers and vendors of this platform.
You will be able to download your product directly after your purchase.
POINT TWO: MAKE SURE YOU READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PAGE AND SECTION ON ‘WHAT YOU GET WITH YOUR PURCHASE’ BEFORE YOU BUY.
POINT THREE: Currently, in 99{de557a8beac5f3668cfa83188dc17d28e36a861a31897202a1488fd02f6b9e29} of all cases you DO NOT GET EXCLUSIVE rights to the logo design you buy. Someone else may have bought a similar logo design or may buy one in the future. This does not mean that you can not continue to try an register it for your company or business.
You will [should: but look at point two above] receive the complete package WITH the master PHOTOSHOP files so that you can edit your logo in any way you wish.
POINT FOUR:Due to the nature of this type of product NO REFUNDS can be made.
However, if you did not receive exactly what was promised to you in the description page [see point two above] before you bought your product(s), then you have 9-days to Contact Us to request that the Freelance Vendor fix his/her mistake and give you what was promised to you, or ask for a full refund.
NOTE: This process may take up to 10-day to fix but it is usually mush quicker.
